Job Description:

    Sibridge Technologies is looking for an individual to lead the charge for business development for its Embedded Software & Systems Practice.


    The individual in this role will work closely with the Director of the Embedded Software & Systems Practice as well as other stakeholders to develop services, products and strategies to maximize business. You will represent the Embedded Software & Systems Practice in developing marketing strategies. The best candidate will feel passionate about working with customers and internal stakeholders to shape a deal that meets the client’s needs and leverages Sibridge’s unique value proposition.

Desired Skills and Experience:
  • BE is preferred with MBA a plus
  • Must have the ability to manage executive level relationships (C-level, Sr. VP Exec).
  • Ability to generate leads and close new business.
  • Must be able to maximize revenue through advanced account management activities.
  • 8+ years of demonstrated success selling technology consulting services, with an emphasis on the Embedded Software space.
  • Knowledge of/experience with structured sales methodologies such as Strategic Selling, Solution Selling and Target Account Selling.
  • Hands-on experience in gap analysis.
  • High energy, self-managed, hands-on, strong interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent oral and written communications skills. Very organized and methodical in approach.
  • Good understanding of embedded software development processes and cycles.
  • Demonstrated track record of achieving sales and other targets.
  • Must have and be able to maintain a strong technical knowledge of the embedded space through market research and competitive analysis.
  • Must be comfortable with and able to do any necessary domestic and international travel.

Senior Account Manager – Embedded Software & Systems (USA)

Job Description:

    Sibridge Technologies is looking for an outstanding individual to build and grow sales for the Embedded Software & Systems Practice.


    The Senior Account Manager will be responsible for prospecting, hunting, developing, executing and maintaining current and new customers. You will work closely with the Business Development Director and the Director of the Embedded Software & Systems Practice as well as other stakeholders to maximize and close business. You will establish new and manage current accounts to maximize revenue, owning all aspects of the contract and contract renewals.

Desired Skills and Experience:
  • BA/BE is preferred.
  • Gain trust, collaborate with senior engineering executives at target tier 1 and 2 accounts.
  • Ability to generate leads and close new business.
  • Deliver a great customer experience to clients and partners.
  • 5+ years of demonstrated success selling technology consulting services, with an emphasis on the Embedded Software space.
  • Knowledge of structured sales methodologies such as Strategic Selling, Solution Selling and Target Account Selling.
  • High energy, self-managed, hands-on, strong interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent oral and written communications skills. Very organized and methodical in approach.
  • Demonstrated track record of achieving sales and other targets.
  • Work with the delivery teams to ensure specific customer expectations are met, collect customer feedback and implement action plans for improvement.
  • Must be comfortable with and able to do any necessary domestic travel.
